Anuradha has been a Training and Development Professional with more than 18 years of experience in creating and leading work-related training and development programs to help employees enhance their skills or the company's performance. Being a perfectionist who imbibes soft skills, has proven herself to be high result oriented, by incorporating latest learning trends and technologies of the industry into the Training Modules which uplifts confidence among trainees.
Anuradha started her career working for Hutchison Essar South Ltd (Vodafone) as a Customer Service Executive and scaled up to be a Hutch Shop Manager. Post her stint with Hutch, she moved to ADP Inc. as Quality Analyst for a voiced based BPO process. It was at this time, she realised the need to have focused and balanced approach to improve the employee communication skills which enhances productivity, CSAT & improved revenue for the organization. She built her skills and knowledge to be a Certified Trainer.
Later she joined Samsung Electronics India Limited as Regional Training Manager, where she won a title of Asia’s No.1 Trainer in the year 2017 and was selected for cross culture immersion. Fostering the seed of AR Life Skills into reality, she started her journey towards her passion of enhancing individual skills as an independent Training Consultant.

His motto - As a doctor it has been a task to me to motivate, encourage patients and guide them through the treatment. I realise the whole process is a team work. As team, even the patient has to be cheerful and less anxious about the procedure to follow. This whole experience of being a doctor has helped me churn the motivator in me.
